ACTRESS Tallulah Harlech has followed in her mother Amanda's footsteps to become Chanel's latest crush.

Karl Lagerfeld recently directed Tallulah alongside her mother in a short silent film that will open Chanel's pre-autumn/winter 2009-10 presentation next month - and Harlech Junior confirms that, despite Lagerfeld's formidable reputation, he was a pleasure to work with.

"Karl has a very specific way he wants you to walk and look and turn," she tells WWD. "Karl is hilarious. As serious and scary as he looks, he tells the best jokes."

The words of wisdom from her veteran muse mum that helped her get it right?

"Don't pout like Keira Knightley."
